So that your new riding safety vest fits well, and therefore the optimum protection can offer, please determine the following dimensions:

1. The chest circumference is determined by measuring with a tape the largest breast circumference.
2. To measure the waist circumference, guide the measuring tape horizontally around your waist.
3. To measure the value of the upper body measure the length from the waist over the shoulder to the waist using a tape measure.
4. Measure the waist-shoulder value by measuring with a tape measure the length from the waist to the shoulder. Multiply the value by 2.
